Gentle Breeze (Guided Imagery)

Gentle Breeze

Sit down and take a deep breath.
Close your eyes, relax, and forget about any stress you have.
Picture yourself on a warm beach at sunset.
Look at the beautiful colors of the sky.
Feel the warm, gentle breeze caress your cheek.
Squish your bare feet in the sand.
Take a look around.
What do you see?
How do you feel?
When I count to 10 open your eyes and write.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10!
